Terms of AI usage
By using Toplala, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
1. AI-Generated Content
Toplala uses AI to generate business content, including text, images, videos, Google Business Profile posts and review responses, Facebook and Instagram content, and customer communications. AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors or inaccuracies.
2. Automated Actions
Depending on the features and settings selected by the user, Toplala may automatically publish content, respond to reviews or messages, or perform other authorized actions on connected Google Business Profile, Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp Business accounts.
3. User Authorization
By connecting a Google Business Profile, Facebook, Instagram or WhatsApp Business account to Toplala, you authorize Toplala to access and perform the actions permitted by the permissions you grant through the relevant platform’s authorization process.
4. User Responsibility
Users are responsible for the accuracy, legality and appropriateness of content published or actions performed through their Toplala account, including AI-generated content.
